"I suggest both. Here's the scoop:
1) It is personal preference.
2) it is what you want to achieve.
3) It is how dedicated you are.
4) It is the health and temperament of your body.
For example one person may be fearful off all chemicals and believe every worry of possible fear out there, this person should honor that and stay natural and organic. However, the results of this decision will be limited. The ingredient changes that have advanced our industry like Jan Marini, who has medically proven skin care products with hours of research behind the product claims are sound. PCA or Rhonda Allison products who combine the latest science and plants to create dramatic changes in skin cannot be matched by any organic line alone. But, what is not discussed often is how to use both. If your a middle of the road person and want the best results, work with an esthetician who understands both. When is it appropriate to use exfoliators and corrective serums and when to feed the skin with raw food masks that the skin can actually cellularly understand and utilize. Skin loves fresh foods, cucumbers shredded as a mask, lemon juice massaged into clean skin or rich raw honey and avocado that you just blended into a paint able puree. You cant beat how amazing your skin will look but the results come after doing it every day for 20 minutes. Most of us do not have that time, that's why advanced formula like the companies I have suggested do so much with little time and effort in today busy world. Lemon juice can't take the place of Rentinol at 45 years old, but start that lemon juice every day when you're 12 and we may see that experiments results.
