Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked even a few weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the following fees will apply:
A less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and may require a full deposit on future bookings.
"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Red Lotus Product Return Policy
Due to the climate/temperature-sensitive nature of the products we sell, our salon enforces the following return policy: 1. Product returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the owner. 2. The item(s) must be unopened and any original seal must be intact. 3. The item may not have been purchased more than 2 weeks prior to the return request. 4. The client will pay a 50% restocking fee based on the cost of the product at the time of purchase.
