Mallika's Story Chemical Peeling for Dark Skin tones. She's a Professional, Bright, Ambitious, and very Beautiful young woman. I treated her for cystic acne, brown spots, uneven skin, and dry skin. Mallika had come to me almost ready to give up. She always had good skin but her skin started to darken over the past few years and these new skin breakouts were not at all normal at her age. This was so frustrating for her and she had tried so many things but the condition just kept getting worse. Mallika's skin type is genetically from India. Such beautiful, caramel skin under all the uneven layers covering up her feminine beauty. This type of condition is delicate to work with because there is a subtle balance of hydration and combined with exfoliation that needs to be considered all the time. Mallika went through about 8 months of chemical peels, acid peels, enzyme facials, and disciplined product routine's that I constantly re-evaluated to support her skin clearing from black heads, milia, and pimples. While the funicular heath was improving, which takes about 2 to 3 months, she also was getting darker in her brown spots on her face as the melanin rose to the surface and inevitably flaking away over a 6 to 8 month period. These type of skin peels and product routines are very complex and darker skin tones need a more advanced skin care specialist to be aware of the delicate balance this type of skin needs.

Ana's Story Best Chemical Peeling methods for Acne and Scarring
The holidays are the season of giving, right? Well have you ever thought of it a as the season of "Trading"?
I'd like to share an experience I had that helped change a young woman's life and helped me more than I could have ever imagined. This is Ana. She is one of the brightest and open minded young woman I have met this year. She came to me with a very painful acne condition, both physically and mentally painful. During her life she had never experienced this condition before. The doctor who referred Ana to me was also at a loss with this strange occurrence. Together we collaborated on a treatment plan. Being just out of college and not having much money, Ana was in tears wondering how she could afford the treatment. But my heart went out to her. I knew I could not let my 27 years of experience go to waste and turn her away just because she couldn't pay me. I could see her skin was on the verge of severe scaring that would be permanent and humiliating. So I did the only thing I could. Ana and I made a deal. We traded services. I am a very busy small business owner and was in need of a helper. We agreed on a rate and I then I went to work on her skin. She peeled and healed and got her into a consistent routine. Well I was very proud to see the results. The pictures below show me a beautiful and confident young woman who has almost no sign of the acne problem she came in with.
This is what Ana wrote about her experience: "Patricia was recommended to me by a naturopath I was seeing last year- to treat skin as bad as it gets. I had deep cystic acne and was trying everything I could to stay away from extreme antibiotics and heal my skin. Over the course of the last year Patricia cleared up my skin, gave me an easy to follow skin regimen to prevent new problems with her top of the line products and has been working with me consistently to get rid of all scarring and pinkness from residual acne markings. She was generous with her time and her encouragement, conscientious about making sure that my sensitive skin was not antagonized by any overly aggressive treatment, and made sure to help me in every way possible to make my treatments affordable. She's flexible, patient and incredibly confident in her craft- which rubs off on anyone who sees her and put me completely at ease in her experienced hands." ~ Ana
